In Due Diligence Management, we undertake the lead role in evaluating existing buildings and seeing unfinished or distressed projects through to completion. We evaluate status and redevelopment options, help clients make informed decisions, and provide the resources and expertise needed to execute decisions.

Specific activities include condition analysis, damage control activities, conversion feasibilities, design and construction team development, scope development, project budget and schedule development, and management of the completion or conversion construction.
