235 W Van Buren – Groundbreaking

Ground was broken and structural concrete work has begun on this 47-story structure. Daccord and the general contractor continued to value engineer the structure saving almost $3M. This is the fourth condominium project Daccord has managed for CMK Development.

The Design Architect is Ralph Johnson of Perkins+Will.
