The Modern Hotel

Class L landmark status has been approved by the City of Chicago for this historic Mies van de Rohe office tower which will include the 330,000 sq. ft. hotel conversion and a new entry/lobby of this 5-star hotel. Construction is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2008. This is the third project OBG has awarded Daccord over the last 18 months.
